I've just installed a little utility called KungTunes that, with a little bit of hacking and formatting on my side, allows you to see what my computer has recently played - or is currently playing. Please note, I currently have iTunes set to play random from every CD in my 800+ disc collection so some of this stuff is pretty out there, and gets quickly skipped - so no harassing email about some bizarre show tune or something.
